Leading a healthier and happier life is all about making long-term changes over time. In this video, I share a 31 day challenge to help you try things that can help you live a happier and healthier life.

I strongly believe that there is no “one size fits all” approach when it comes to healthy + happy living. You need to find what you enjoy and what you like and incorporate those items into you life slowly.

In this challenge, you get to try many different things! At the end of the challenge, pick and choose the ones you like the most and try to add those into your daily/weekly/monthly routines.
